Dan Bailey is a 5-time CrossFit Games competitor, never finishing outside the top 10 at the Games, finishing 4th at the 2015 CrossFit Games and 7th at the 2016 California Regionals. Dan has a background as a collegiate sprinter at Ohio University where he obtained degrees in Education and Strength and Conditioning. In this episode I catch up with Dan who most recently moved back to Columbus, Ohio from San Diego, and is currently training for the 2017 CrossFit Games Season.
