11 – Dan Bailey on training for the 2016 CrossFit Games

Dan Bailey is a 5-time CrossFit Games competitor, never finishing outside the top 10 at the Games and most recently placing 4th at the 2015 CrossFit Games. Dan has a background as a collegiate sprinter at Ohio University and he holds degrees in Education and Strength and Conditioning. Although is is an Ohio native, he currently resides on a boat in San Diego.

    Dan Bailey you’re the man. I cant think of a better role model that displays so many values that I strive to develop within my own character. As an aspiring crossfit competitor, I see and fully realize all of the benefits available to people with the this lifestyle focused on health and wellness. Viewed from a broad perspective, it can lead the soul to transform aspirations and passions into realities and ultimate successes. Julie thanks so much for being who you are and creating this podcast. Exposure to this video and many alike are inspiring me to be true to myself and become great like you and Dan.
